  • 1 cup honey
  • ¼ cup butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ¾ cup grated zucchini
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 cup dates, pitted and chopped
  • 1 pinch salt
  • ⅓ cup sifted confectioners' sugar
