  • 1 ¼ pounds pork spareribs
  • ½ cup tomato paste
  • ½ cup Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ cup golden syrup
  • 2 teaspoons hot pepper sauce (e.g. Tabasco™)
  • 1 sweet red pepper, seeded and cut into thin strips
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Cover a roasting pan with aluminum foil and place ribs into the pan.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, turning ribs halfway through.
