  • ¾ cup finely chopped fresh spinach
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper, or to taste
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 cup egg whites
  • ½ cup low-fat cream cheese
  • 4 English muffins, split and toasted

  • Spray a nonstick skillet with cooking spray and place over medium heat. Cook patties until heated through, 4 to 5 minutes per side. Transfer to a plate.
