  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ pound turkey sausage, cut into pieces
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 3 (3 ounce) packages chicken flavored ramen noodles
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup frozen green peas
  • ¼ cup sour cream
