  • 6 large mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 6 hoagie rolls, split lengthwise
  • 1 pound sliced deli turkey meat
  • 1 pound sliced provolone cheese

  • 6 slices tomato
  • 6 leaves iceberg lettuce
