  • 1 red onion, chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • ¾ cup red wine vinegar
  • ¾ cup white sugar
  • ¾ cup vegetable oil
  • ¾ teaspoon ground dry mustard

  • 1 ½ teaspoons dried cilantro
