Ingredients

  • 1 (16 ounce) box Barilla® Thick Spaghetti
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 (24 ounce) jar Barilla® Marinara Sauce
  • 1 pinch Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 cups roughly chopped arugula
  • ½ cup grated Parmigiano cheese

  • Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
  • In a large skillet saute onions in olive oil until lightly browned and cooked through. Add Barilla Marinara Sauce and bring to a simmer. Season with salt and pepper.
