  • ¼ cup red wine
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (Optional)
  • 2 bay leaves
