  • 1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ cup white sugar
  • ½ cup butter
  • ½ cup white sugar
  • ½ cup water
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
