  • 1 (14 ounce) can light coconut milk
  • 1 pound cooked crabmeat
  • 1 stalk lemongrass, cut into 4 pieces
  • 2 lemons, juiced
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger root
  • ground black pepper to taste
