  • ⅓ cup olive oil
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • ½ cup raisins
  • ½ cup golden raisins
  • ½ cup dried apricots, chopped
  • ½ cup dried cranberries

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease a muffin tin.
