  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 (8 ounce) package shredded mild Cheddar cheese

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Line a 9x13-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
