  • 6 large sweet potatoes
  • 1 (15 ounce) can apricot halves
  • 4 apple - peeled, cored and sliced
  • ½ cup packed brown sugar
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts
  • ½ cup raisins
  • 2 tablespoons butter
