  • 4 cups French bread cubes
  • ⅓ cup packed light brown sugar
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon freshly grated orange zest
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
