  • 3 cups peeled and chopped sweet potatoes
  • ¼ cup butter, softened
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon grated lemon zest
  • 8 large marshmallows
  • ½ cup crushed corn flake cereal
