  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh oregano
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper
  • 1 pinch ground paprika
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup water
