  • 21 fluid ounces water
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 (15 ounce) can green beans, drained
