  • 2 apples - peeled, cored and diced
  • ¼ cup diced onion
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • 1 pinch ground cinnamon, or to taste
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 2 slices bacon
  • 2 tablespoons goat cheese
