  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 2 ¼ cups white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 ½ cups cake flour
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 cups chopped fresh strawberries
