  • 2 sheets heavy-duty aluminum foil
  • 4 tablespoons clarified butter, melted
  • 4 tablespoons lemon juice
  • salt and black pepper to taste

  • Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate.
  • Place two walleye fillets onto the center of a sheet of heavy-duty aluminum foil.
