  • 1 ½ pounds top sirloin - cut into 2 inch strips
  • salt to taste
  • ground black pepper to taste
  • garlic powder to taste
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup milk
