  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 (10 ounce) cans refrigerated biscuit dough

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Coat the bottom of a frying pan with oil and heat over medium-high heat until oil shimmers. Add bell pepper, onion, and mushrooms. Cook, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are soft, about 5 minutes. Push vegetables to one side of the pan and add steak slices. Cook, stirring as needed, until no longer red, 7 to 10 minutes.
