  • 1 medium summer squash, halved and sliced
  • 1 medium zucchini, halved and sliced
  • 4 bacon strips, diced
  • ¾ cup chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon dried basil
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 ½ cups peeled, seeded, and diced tomato
