  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted

  • 2 fresh jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped

  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • ½ cup chopped onion
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 4 ounces processed cheese food, cubed

  • In a pot, bring rice and water to a boil. Cover, reduce heat to low, and simmer, about 20 minutes.
