  • 8 eggs
  • ½ (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 5 ounces goat cheese
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper to taste
