  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 (12 ounce) jar artichoke hearts, drained and coarsely chopped
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 cup shredded pepperjack cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup chopped roasted red pepper
  • Assorted crackers or tortilla chips

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
