  • 2 tablespoons Japanese mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
  • 2 ounces sushi grade tuna, finely diced
  • 1 stalk scallion, minced
  • 2 tablespoons tobiko (flying fish roe)
  • ½ cup cold cooked sushi rice
  • ½ sheet nori (dry seaweed)
