  • 3 carrots, chopped
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 5 cloves garlic, smashed
  • 1 teaspoon whole black peppercorns
  • 2 bay leaves

  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
