  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 cup frozen peas and carrots
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 ⅓ cups instant mashed potato flakes or buds
