  • ¾ cup bitter orange marinade (such as Goya® Naranja Agria)
  • ¾ cup garlic marinade (such as Goya® Mojo Criollo)
  • 1 yellow onion, sliced
  • 4 large cloves garlic, minced, or more to taste
