  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 (14 ounce) can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
  • ½ cup barbeque sauce (such as Sweet Baby Ray's®), or more to taste
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 6 (6 ounce) whole wheat hamburger buns, split and toasted
  • 6 slices Cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup sweet pickles
