  • 2 fresh tomatoes, diced
  • 1 ½ teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 dashes hot pepper sauce
