  • 1 small sweet potato, peeled and sliced into 1/4-inch slices
  • 1 small zucchini, cut into 1/4-inch rounds

  • 1 ½ teaspoons smoky mesquite seasoning (such as Weber®)
  • 1 (5 ounce) salmon fillet
  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges
