  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 2 teaspoons taco seasoning mix, or to taste
  • ½ teaspoon salt, or to taste
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper, or to taste
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper
  • ⅓ cup crumbled cotija cheese
  • ⅓ cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 3 medium green onions, white and green parts, finely chopped
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes, or to taste
