  • 3 (3 ounce) packages uncooked chicken flavored ramen noodle soup
  • ⅓ cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 ½ cups Swanson® Thai Ginger Flavor Infused Broth
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 small red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 pound broccoli florets

  • Remove and discard the seasoning packets from the soup or reserve for another use. Fill a 6-quart saucepot with water and heat over medium-high heat to a boil.
