  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons tomato puree
  • 1 (8 ounce) can chickpeas (garbanzo beans), drained
  • 1 (14 ounce) can diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup vegetable broth
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala

  • Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Cook Quorn in oil until golden brown. Set aside.
