  • ½ cup dry potato flakes
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed

  • 3 cups bread flour
  • 1 ½ teaspoons bread machine yeast
  • 1 tablespoon cornmeal
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt
