  • 1 ½ (12 ounce) packages fresh green beans, diced
  • 1 (16 ounce) package shredded fresh cabbage
  • 2 stalks celery, diced
  • 2 (16 ounce) packages lumpia wrappers
  • vegetable oil for frying
