  • ⅛ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 small onion, sliced and separated into rings

  • 1 (14 ounce) can sauerkraut, rinsed and well drained
  • ¼ cup chicken broth
  • ½ teaspoon caraway seeds
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup sour cream
