  • 6 pork chops
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ¾ cup chicken broth
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
