  • 4 (3/4 inch) thick pork chops
  • 1 (15 ounce) can pineapple chunks with juice
  • ¼ cup golden syrup
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • ½ teaspoon curry powder

  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons raisins
