  • 2 (6 ounce) cans pineapple juice
  • 2 cups brown sugar, divided
  • 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple

  • Place ham, cut-side down, into a roasting pan. Pin pineapple slices onto ham using toothpicks.
