  • 12 (5 inch) corn tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • ½ cup chopped onion
  • 2 cups shredded iceberg lettuce

  • 1 (8 ounce) jar salsa
  • 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream (Optional)
