  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • ½ cup Pillsbury BEST® All Purpose Flour
  • 1 cup plain panko bread crumbs
  • Crisco® Pure Peanut Oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3 tablespoons minced fresh chives
