  • ½ cup butter, softened
  • ½ cup white sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup milk

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
