  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup white sugar
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 orange, zested
  • ¼ cup orange juice
  • ½ cup milk
  • ⅓ cup vegetable oil
  • ¾ cup raisins
