  • 2 teaspoons butter
  • ½ cup diced onion
  • 1 cup uncooked long grain white rice

  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder

  • 1 ½ cups orange juice
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • ½ cup chopped fresh cilantro
