  • 8 ounces Monterey Jack cheese, cut into 1/8-inch cubes
  • ½ cup chopped green onions
  • 6 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
  • 4 ½ teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 ½ teaspoons prepared mustard
