  • 1 ½ teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • sea salt to taste

  • 1 Japanese eggplant, sliced into rounds
  • 1 cup halved Brussels sprouts

  • Preheat the grill to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
