  • 3 ½ teaspoons butter
  • 3 ½ teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract

  • Generously grease a pudding mold or coffee can.
  • Beat sugar and butter together in a large bowl with an electric mixer until light and fluffy.
